I've worked for UP in Mkt & Sales for 20 years and am an Omaha transplant. I grew up in NC and absolutely hate the cold and wind of Omaha. (Of course, I also hate extremely hot/humid weather as well...ha!) My experience with Hyp-Yoga: My experience with Hyp-Yoga has been wonderful from the start. Carly & Stefany have helped me take the first steps necessary to reach my weight goals and (more importantly) reduce my stress level. I plan to keep going with yoga and likely hyp-yoga. It's the best exercise program I've ever done! P.S. Thanks for bringing this great program to Omaha! |
