At Hyp-Yoga we are always about preventing disease and spring allows us the time to start fresh and renew our efforts in living our lives to the fullest!

Your body has a sophisticated system for detoxing daily, but with all the chemicals in our lives these days (processed foods, alcohol, caffeine, cleaners, pollution, drugs, etc.) your body needs help in getting out the rubbish. Many of these toxins are fat soluble, meaning that they stay in your fat for years (or for a lifetime!) if they are not properly detoxed.

Moreover, the more fat you have on your body, the more opportunity you have to store disease-causing toxins. A bi-yearly (or at least yearly) detox will help to clear out these chemicals so you can life your life to the fullest in every season.
