Hyp-Yoga's unique program works for weight loss because it uses the most powerful change agent - 100% of your mind + your body.
You will learn how to change your behaviors and thought patterns using our proprietary combination of tools such as yoga, hypnotic suggestion, affirmation and visualization. All yoga is very beginner friendly and classes are based on the amount of weight you want to lose and your general fitness. Group Hyp-Yoga Work Out Sessions
VERY BEGINNER FRIENDLY YOGA & MOVEMENT.

The 3 Hyp-Yoga Classes are separated based on fitness and weight category and can be arranged so that you can be with your friends as long as you both feel comfortable in the class level chosen.

In the Hyp-Yoga Work Outs you will spend time learning Hyp-Yoga tools and techniques to use after the weekend is over. Each session will include 45-60 minutes of beginner friendly yoga aimed at preparing the body for relaxation and weight loss. Please check with your doctor to clear yourself for exercise if needed.

Ayurveda: Yoga's Nutrition Plan - Eating by your body type, eating by season and learning yoga's ancient medicine system.

The Power of Self-Hypnosis – Learning how self-hypnosis can benefit your weight loss efforts.

Weight Loss and Aging – information on weight change and health at every age, changing body needs (menopause, hormone changes.)

Living through Pain – Hyp-Yoga for fibromyalgia, arthritis, back & neck pain, headaches, insomnia and whatever else ails you.
