your body/mind connection on a whole new level – the subtle body –
your energy self. Using yoga, breath-work, and meditation as a
gateway to the more subtle energies of your body, you can heal,
rejuvenate and break through any barriers that might be keeping you
from moving down your path towards your ideal self. Learn
how to develop sensitivity to your energy flow in the body, and
deepen your practice by directing that energy flow through your nadis

Philosophy Workshops - $270 each
Classical Yoga Philosophy Workshop - May 26 - 27(Sat/Sun 8 am – 6 pm) (M9)
Spend a weekend learning from the ancient yoga greats and reading from the Classical Yoga Sutras which outlines the 8 limbs of yoga. These 8 limbs outline the path to bliss and living a fulfilling life. The focus will be on how you can apply this ancient philosophy to your modern, busy life. The workshop includes discussions, readings and physical practices as well. Instructed by Carly Cummings, E-RYT. All levels welcome!
Pre & Post Classical Philosophy Workshop - June 9 - 10 (Sat/Sun 8 am – 6 pm) (M10)
Deepen your yoga practice with an understanding on Pre and Post Classical yoga. This workshop focuses on the Bhagada Gita, a Pre-Classical Yoga Vedic Text that focuses on the four paths of yoga – Karma Yoga (Selfless Service) Jnana Yoga (Wisdom/Renunciation) Raja Yoga (Meditation and Asana) and Bhakti Yoga (Devotion). The focus will be on how you can apply this ancient philosophy to your modern, busy life.The workshop includes discussions, readings and physical practices as well.Instructed by Carly Cummings, E-RYT. The Hyp-Yoga/Omaha Yoga School
presents an East meets West approach to our Yoga Teacher
Training Program. You will be taught in the disciplines of
multiple styles and approaches that will certify you as a
mixed style instructor which will be your jumping off point to
creating a teaching style that is uniquely yours.
The Omaha Yoga School has a rich 30+ years of tradition to offer and the best and well-rounded yoga instructors that are dedicated to developing themselves as well as their students. In your training you will be instructed in teaching postures and sequencing, breath work, meditation, philosophy, history, applied anatomy, the subtle body, personal practice on and off the mat, and the business side to yoga.

Details - The Omaha Yoga School's Module Based Yoga Instructor
Training
FLEXIBILITY – It's
what yogis are known for and is the main goal of our Module Based
Training Program. Our Eleven Modules are offered at least twice in
one calendar year (these will only run if there are 4+
registrations in one module) so if you can't make a weekend in the
schedule, you will have the opportunity to make it up. For the
most individualize and flexible training, private sessions are
also available for modules at an additional cost. To complete the
200 hour Yoga Alliance approved training , you must complete all
11 modules. You may also just complete certain modules for your
own personal development even if you do not desire to teach. The
Introduction Class (M1), the Philosophy Classes (M9/M10), and the
Subtle Body Class (M5) may be completed with no prerequisites. All
Modules are 18 Hours (2 Days, 8 am – 6 pm). There will also be
required reading for the trainings and some home
