The Hyp-Yoga Spring Detox Retreat will guide you through all the essential elements needed for a total self detox while allowing you the opportunity to enjoy classes, friends and time for yourself! 1 - 2 pm Walking Meditation
2 - 2:30 Break
2:30 - 4:30 pm Hyp-Yoga/ Ayurveda Detox Class
4:30 - 5 pm Break
5 - 6 pm Dinner
6 - 6:30 pm Break
6:30 - 7:30 pm  Meditations
7:30 - 9 pm Evening Social Time or Quiet Reflection
